Support the Report

We at the Leland Report would like to thank all of the people that make this venture possible. It is because of our subscribers that we continue to trudge through the ever-deepening snows of Leelanau County to get that once-a-day shot that so many of you need.

We could just set up a webcam, but that just shows you one view of one place. Every day. Day after day. It gets boring after a while seeing the same thing every day, doesn't it? That's what makes The Leland Report unique. Keith has done this every day for close to three years. The increasing number of subscribers is wonderful to see. The news articles were an unexpected pleasure in that we are able to bring this to even more people.

But, with the new load of visitors every day, our cost to run the site has gone up dramatically. We would like to keep from making this site a pay subscription site even though it has been suggested (several times). We would also like to delay or avoid putting up advertising since that is not what this site is about.

We have recently made available on our storefront a couple ways in which you can help keep The Leland Report rolling:

I set up a donation item where you can contribute as little or as much as you feel comfortable. We also are offering a 20-image screensaver as a download item so you do not have to pay shipping charges. As always, there are mugs, mousepads, and prints available which also help support the Report.
